ARRA and Government Transparency
The government recently updated and relaunched the www.recovery.gov website. It is far more intuitive than the original website and contains a wealth of information searchable by agency, state, contract/grant awards, opportunities, etc. In addition, there is an interactive mapping application that shows where projects have been awarded in each state.

October is a big month on the ARRA timeline. Recipient reporting is slated to begin today with recipient contract data posted by October 15th and grant and loan data posted by October 30th.
